USAGE 1. HIGH TEMPERATURE POWDER: Not moisture proof. After being filled with tubes, products need to pass through the oven at temperature 1050¡æ for 15 minutes and be sealed when the temperature lower down to 80~100¡æ. 2. MIDDLE/LOW TEMPERATURE POWDER: Moisture proof. After being filled with tubes, products need to pass through the oven at 200¡æ for 1 or 2 hours or at 620¡æ for 3¡«5minuts. If customer demands, tubes can be bended directly without treatment of eliminating damp/ When their specific forms are achieved, they can be used as products, no seal needed. 3. MIDDLE TEMPERATURE POWDER: Not moisture proof. Before being filled with tubes, products need to pass through the oven at 200¡æ~300¡æ for 1~2 hours; After being filled with tubes, products need to pass through the oven at 300¡æ. 4. When required, we are ready to meet specific demand.
